Directions:
1. Put the picked black pepper in boiling water and for 5~6mins. Put abalone on the 65 degrees water for 3 minutes.
2. Then pick up the black pepper and drain the water.
3. Lay them on the trays evenly and they can overlap.
4. Put them into the IKE dehydrator and set the target temperature at 55~65 degree C and the humidity at 12%.
5. After 10hours, the black pepper will finish the drying process.
The dried black pepper will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve it.
