Directions:
1, Wash the fresh carambola, and Slice it into 2-5mm thick slices as you require.
2, Evenly spread the carambola slices on your dehydrator tray, to avoid oxidation of fresh carambola, you can coat evenly with a thin coat of lemon juice mixture(in a certain density) on each carambola slice.
3, put the trays with fresh carambola into the IKE drying room.
4, Setting the temperature to 55 degrees Celsius, after 8-12 hours the carambola slice will be finished drying.
5, Store in a vacuum and seal bag for later use.
The dried Carambolas will retain moisture when in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of the Carambola.
