Directions:
1. Spread the semi-finished product farfalle on the tray in a single layer ( Do not forget to place the Telfon mesh on it, since the farfalle are sticky)
2. Put the farfalle into IKE dehydrator and slowly rise the temperature from 35 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius. In this period, don’t fast heating, otherwise the farfalle are too brittle and broken in poor looking.
3. After drying about 3 hours until hard, the farfalle are finished drying.
The dried farfalle slices will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of farfalle slices.
