Ingredients: kumquat, thickness:5~10mm
Directions:
1. Wash all the kumquats, then take them out of the water.
2. After several minutes' standing, one kumquat can cut into 3 or 4 pieces, one piece is about 5~10mm.
3. Now place them on the trays, and make them pile up suitably .Then put the trays into the IKE kumquat dehydrator.
4. Set the target data at 60 degree C and relative humidity 10% , after about 10 hours, the kumquat will finish drying.
Different kumquat thickness will have different dehydrating time, more thinner, the dehydrating time will be shorter. The dried kumquat slices will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of kumquat slices.
