Directions:
1. put the noodles on the tray or Hang the noodles on the rack then put it into the IKE drying room.
2. Set the temperature at 26℃,humidity 55%~65% for 30minutes. Do not rise up temperature. Enhance air flow, make the shape of the noodles preliminary fixed, remove the surface water.
3. Goes up the temperature gradually, set temperature at 30℃~35℃,humidity 75%-85% for 30~40 minutes.
4. Rise up the temperature and down the humidity.Set the temperature at 35℃~45℃,humidity 65% at 90 minutes.
5. Down the temperature and heat dissipation. reduce the moisture content of the noodles slowly ,and continue to remove fractional moisture.
The dried noodle will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of noodle.
