Directions:
1. Clean the pork then cut into strip.
2. Salted meat cure processing for 20~42 hours.
3. Wipe the moisture,then thread the bacon with twine, set the temperature in 50℃~70℃ for 2.5-3.5 hours.
4. Take out the bacon, Reprocess with spices,then put the drying house again,set the temperature at 35-45℃ for 40~54 hours.

Different bacon thickness will have different dehydrating time, more thinner, the dehydrating time will be shorter. The dried bacon slices will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of bacon.
