Ingredients: scallions
Directions:
1. Wash the scallions, and chop them small pieces.
2. Set the IKE scallion dehydrator as below parameter to dry the chopped scallion. Drying temperature: 55 ℃, Drying relative humidity: 5%
3. The chopped scallions will take about 3~6 hours for drying.
Generally drying the scallions, in order to keep their green color, you could use the 55℃ at the early stage, This lower temperature could help to keep the scallions' color. Then at the second stage, after the scallions' green color has been fixed, you could use higher temperature 60~62℃ for drying.

The upper part of the scallion (the hollow green part) is preferably cut into 5 mm ~ 10 mm, drying with 3 hours.
The root of the scallion (white part) is preferably cut into 3 mm ~ 5 mm. This part is very protective and hard to dry, so it takes about 6 hours for drying.
