Directions
1. Wash the shrimp for two or three times to make sure that the shrimp can be clean.
2. Remove the shrimp head as you need.
3. Put the shrimp on the trays ,then put the trays full of shrimp into the IKE shrimp dehydrator.
4. Set the temperature at 50℃~63℃, and the humidity at 10%, turn on the IKE shrimp dehydrator.
5. After 5 hours drying, you can open the door of the dehydrator to check if the dried shrimp can be dried reach your demand.
6. Then you can decide to dry more time or finish this drying.
The dried shrimp will regain moisture when they are in direct contact with the air, so a sealed package is required. If you use vacuum packaging, you can better preserve the color and aroma of shrimp.
